Event Production – “The Public-Private Formula: How Strong Partnerships Create Healthier Communities” APHA Panel

01 — Event Overview

In November 2018, Heluna Health hosted "The Public-Private Formula: How Strong Partnerships Create Healthier Communities" at the American Public Health Association (APHA) Annual Meeting in San Diego. This high-profile panel discussion served as an unofficial kick-off to Heluna Health’s anniversary year, convening leading voices in public health to explore the role of public-private partnerships in improving health outcomes at scale.

My Role:

I managed the full lifecycle of the event, leading pre-production planning, marketing, creative asset development, and day-of event execution. Additionally, I supported Heluna Health’s CEO by developing talking points for the event and preparing questions for the panelists to facilitate a high-impact, engaging conversation.
